The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records March 22, 2019 SPR19/0550 Jonathan Cosco Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development One Ashburton Place, Room 2101 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Mr. Cosco: I have received the petition of Edward P Sinni, Jr. appealing the nonresponse of the Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sinni, Jr. requested identified records relating to the Concord Greene Condominiums in Concord, Massachusetts. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Sinni, Jr. a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sinni, Jr. may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
