City of Lowell - Public Schools 15 5 Merrimack Street Lowell, MA O1 852 Dear Attorney Ortiz: I have received the petition of Arthur Grenier appealing the nonresponse of the City of Lowell - Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested records regarding an identified email addresses. Having received no response, Mr. Grenier petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 19, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
