Purple Southborough Town Administrator 17 Common Street Southborough, MA O1 772-1662 Dear Mr. Purple: I have received the petition from Mr. Andrew Lawlor appealing the nomesponse from the Town of Southborough (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Lawlor requested documents related to the Town's Board of Selectmen's meetings Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a response from the Town on March 27, 2019 which was also provided to Mr. Lawlor. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Lawlor may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
