Ward: I have received the petition of Paul Sullivan appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Brookline (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically on January 9, 2019, Mr. Sullivan requested, "a copy of all emails of Pete Rittenburg <pete rittenburg@psbma.org>, 'Paul Sullivan' in the subject line or body of the email between the dates of May 15th and June 15th, 2018." As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Town has not provided Mr. Sullivan a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Sullivan with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
