Murray Supervisor of Records March 29, 2019 SPR19/0615 Kate Silva Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Kate Silva, I have received correspondence from Peter Duaiie appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O (A); see also 950 CM.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Duarte requested a "copy of what the portion sizes are supposed to be for each meal." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Department provided Mr. Duarte with available records responsive to his request. In light of the Department's responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Duarte may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days.
