Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 2, 2019 SPR19/616 Mary Carney Town of Natick-Police Department Records Division 20 East Central Street Natick, MA 01760 Dear Ms. Carney: I have received the petition of Attorney Morton Shuman appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Natick-Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Shuman requested records regarding an identified incident. Having received no response, Attorney Shuman petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 2, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Shuman may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Morton Shuman, Esq.
