Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 2, 2019 SPR19/0617 Lisa Barrett Witkus Secretary to the School Committee Public Records Access Officer King Philip Regional School District 18 King Street Norfolk, MA 02056 Dear Ms. Witkus: I have received the petition from Attorney Daniel O'Connor appealing the response from the King Philip Regional School District (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney O'Connor requested records concerning the School's Girls' Basketball Program. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a response from the School on April 2, 2019 which was provided to Attorney O'Connor. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney O'Connor may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days.
