The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 8, 2019 SPR19/0640 Karen W. Smith Board Chair Town of Great Barrington Housing Authority 2 Bernard Gibbons Drive Great Barrington, MA 02130 Dear Ms. Smith: I have received the petition from Eileen W. Mooney appealing the response from the Town of Great Barrington's Housing Authority (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mooney requested records relating to "a list of all employees and independent contractors hired on more than a seasonal basis by the Great Barrington Housing Authority" and explaining their duties. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, it is my understanding the Town then sent an email on April 8, 2019 to Ms. Mooney providing her with responsive records. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mooney may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Eileen W.
