Bulger of Boyle Shaughnessy Law PC appealing the response of the City of New Bedford Police Department (Department) to a requ.est for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). In an April 4, 2019 email, Mr. Bulger informed this office he wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal.
