G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Zhang requested various categories ofrecords that, "show itemized costs associated with detaining immigration detainees by the Bristol County Sheriffs Department on behalf of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from June 1, 2018 to the present, and any documents showing calculation of yearly budget requests for the Bristol County Sheriffs Department from FY2018 to the present." As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Office has not provided Ms. Zhang a response to her request for records. Order Accordingly, the Office is ordered to provide Ms. Zhang with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
