Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 12, 2019 SPR19/0697 Chief Robert MacDonald 1551 Somerset Avenue Dighton, MA 02715 Dear Chief Robert MacDonald, I have received correspondence from Kevin Lopez appealing the nonresponse of the Dighton Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O (A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Lopez requested records relating to "a search warrant used to search [his] !Phone." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Department provided Mr. Lopez with all available records responsive to his request on April 11, 2019. In light of the Department's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Lopez may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
