Murray Supervisor of Records April 10, 2019 SPR19/699 Patrick Lee, Esq. ~ hC ounty Sheriffs Department 24 Long Pond Road Plymouth, MA 02360 Dear Attorney Lee: I have received the petition of William McDonagh appealing the nomesponse of the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. McDonagh requested records regarding an occupancy permit. Having received no response, Mr. McDonagh petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 28, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
