G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically on March 11, 2019, Mr. Herman requested "an umedacted copy of a legal invoice submitted to UMBA by Robert Popeo of the law firm of Mintz Leven." As of the date of this letter, the Authority has not provided Mr. Herman a response to his request for records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, it is my understanding that the Authority is aware of this appeal and is working on a response. Order Accordingly, the Authority is ordered to provide Mr. Herman with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
