Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 22, 2019 SPR19/0739 Brendan Kennedy Records Access Officer Middlesex Sheriffs Office 400 Mystic Ave, 4th Floor Medford, MA 02155 Dear Mr. Kennedy: I have received the petition of Adam Bradley appealing the nomesponse of the Middlesex Sheriffs Office (Office) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bradley requested three categories ofrecords: 1. Any and all internal and external investigations into or relative to Former Deputy Chief Frank Bourgeois ("Bourge'ois"), including but not limited to internal affairs investigations, internal and external Complaints, Reports, Statements, and interviews. 2. Any and all internal and external investigations into or relative to Anthony Dischino A.D.S. including but not limited to internal affairs investions, internal and external Complaints, Reports, Statements and interviews. 3. Any and all copy's of Reports, Statements, interviews Regarding the Citizens Complaint 2018-88 that was investigated by internal investigations unit. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Bradley petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, the Office indicated their willingness to prove Mr. Bradley with a written response. Said response must be made in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Bradley may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days.
