DeBlander Assistant District Attorney Middlesex District Attorney's Office 15 Commonwealth A venue Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Attorney DeBlander: I have received the petition of Darius Gibson appealing the nomesponse of the Middlesex District Attorney's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Gibson requested identified records relating to a homicide investigation. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Gibson a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Gibson may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
