G. L. c. 66, § lO(c); see als0 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, the City furnished a copy of this petition to the requestor. G. L. c. 66, § lO(c). Erica Kennedy of Whisk & Jane, LLC requested a copy of all Zoning Board of Appeals Variances and Planning Board Special Permit Approvals granted between January 1, 2009 and March 13, 2019. This request was also the subject of an appeal. See SPRl 9/730 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (April 17, 2019). The City requested a 30 business day extension to produce the records. Subsequent to the opening of this petition, the City informed this office that it provided records to Ms. Kennedy on April 18, 2019 and that "[t]his completes the City's response to this public records request as the requestor has been provided with access to all of the records identified as responsive." Accordingly, I find that in light of the City's April 18th response in which it provides responsive records, it is unnecessary to opine on the City's petition. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
