G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Keen requested identified records relating to a homicide investigation. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Keen a response to her request on April 24, 2019. A copy of said response can be supplied to Ms. Keen upon request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
