The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords April 30, 2019 SPR19/0788 Chief James T McIntyre Town of Stoneham - Police Department 47 Central Street Stoneham, MA 02180 Dear Chief McIntyre: I have received the petition of Brenda Keen appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Stoneham Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Keen requested identified records relating to a homicide investigation. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Keen a response to her request on April 24, 2019. A copy of said response can be supplied to Ms. Keen upon request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Keen may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
