Wilson, Jr., Esq. City Clerk City of Methuen 41 Pleasant Street, Room 112 Methuen, MA O1 844 Dear Attorney Wilson: I have received the petition of Keith Eddings of The Eagle Tribune appealing the nomesponse of the City of Methuen (City) to his request for public records. Specifically, Mr. Eddings requested copies of documents pertinent to travel and reimbursement related expenses from an identified individual beginning January 1, 2019 through the time that the request was made. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Eddings petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the City is working to compile the requested records and intends on providing Mr. Eddings with a written response within ten business days. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide a response to Mr. Eddings made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days.
