G. L. c. 66, § 1O (A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on October 29, 2018, Attorney Matthew requested "copies of any and all records, Requests For Proposals, Responses to Requests for Proposals and all other materials in the possession of the City of Salem (hereinafter 'the City') relating to the City's mandatory and/or voluntary deferred compensation plan solicitations, including but not limited to Request For Proposals R-02 'Deferred Compensation Management Services."' Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the City provided Attorney Thomas with all available records responsive to his request. In light of the City's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Thomas may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days.
