G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested identified records and reports relating to the JFK Civic Center from the Lowell Fire Department. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Mr. Grenier a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Grenier may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
