G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Miller requested various Agency documents that depict higher-than-normal water levels in two identified locations. Having received no response, Mr. Miller petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 2, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Agency's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
