The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords May 8, 2019 SPR19/875 Alice Wozniak Assessor Town of Heath 1 East Main Street Heath, MA 01346 Dear Ms. Wozniak: I have received the petition of Donald Scagel appealing the response of the Town of Heath (Town) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Scagel requested copies of property cards for four addresses within the Town. Unsatisfied with the Town's response, Mr. Scagel petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town intends on providing Mr. Scagel with a response aimed at addressing the concerns outlined in his appeal. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Scagel with a written response. Said response shall be made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Scagel may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
