G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Beckley requested: • "Any and all records, presently in the possession, custody, or control of the Massachusetts Human Resources Division which relate in any way to Brian W. Coulombe, Date of Birth: June 12, 1984. • Any and all records, presently in the possession, custody, or control of the Massachusetts Human Resources Division which relate in any way to Brian W. Coulombe, Date of Birth: June 12, 1985." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Division provided Mr. Beckley a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Beckley may appeal the substantive nature of the Division response within ninety days.
