Murray Supervisor of Records May 17,2019 SPR19/0891 Nicholas Canne Franklin County's Sheriffs Office 160 Elm Street Greenfield, MA 01301 Dear Mr. Carme: I have received the petition of William McDonagh appealing the nonresponse of the Franklin County's Sheriffs Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. McDonagh requested identified records and documents relating to the facilities at the Franklin County Sheriffs Office & Jail. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. McDonagh a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. McDonagh may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
