G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Barahona requested death and marriage certificates of identified individuals. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Barahona petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Barahona's request with a response sent on May 9, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
