G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Gibson sent a request to the DAO requesting records pertaining to a homicide investigation. The DAO provided a response to Mr. Gibson on April 23, 2019. Mr. Gibson appealed the insufficiency of the DAO's response to this office on May, 10, 2019. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a supplemental response from the DAO on May 24, 2019 which was to be mailed to Mr. Gibson. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Gibson may appeal the substantive nature of the DAO's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
