G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Bragg requested "a copy of an email ... "read by an identified individual at an annual town meeting on April 23, 2019. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Bragg petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. On May 16, 2019, Ms. Bragg contacted an employee of the Public Records Division via email informing this office that she had received the requested document from the Town. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
