Murray Supervisor ofR ecords May 28, 2019 SPR19/0954 Ms. Dolores Randolph Boston Water & Sewer Commission 980 Harrison Ave Boston, MA 02119 Dear Ms. Randolph: I have received the petition of Coleman Herman appealing the nonresponse of the Boston Water and Sewer Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested "email addresses (both business and personal) [and] physical addresses (both business and personal)" for all of the comm1ss1oners. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that Commission provided Mr. Herman a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantiv~ nature of the Commission's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
