Alexander D. deBlieck SPR19/0976 Page2 May 31, 2019 EOHHS provided Mr. Damiano with records responsive to both of his requests. Unsatisfied with EOHHS's redactions under Exemption (c) of the Public Records Law, Mr. Damiano petitioned the Supervisor of Records (Supervisor), and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, EOHHS provided a response dated May 31, 2019 detailing its Exemption ( c) claims. In light of this response, I will consider this appeal closed. Mr. Damiano may appeal the substantive nature of EOHHS's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Michael Damiano
