G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Boeggeman requested records concerning a "compassionate relocation." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Boeggeman petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Boeggeman's request with a response sent on May 23, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Boeggeman may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
