The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords May 24, 2019 SPR19/989 Donna Donovan Senior Executive Assistant Town of Natick 13 East Central Street Natick, MA 01760 Dear Ms. Donovan: I have received the petition of Corey Spaulding appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Natick (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Spaulding requested "any and all documentation regarding the Natick Board of Selectmen's Memorandum of Understanding with the Natick Soccer Club" and "any and all documentation regarding ... the appointment of an identified individual to the Audit Advisory Committee." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Spaulding petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Spaulding's request with a response sent on May 24, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Spaulding may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~ Rebecca S.
