G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Spaulding requested "any and all documentation regarding the Natick Board of Selectmen's Memorandum of Understanding with the Natick Soccer Club" and "any and all documentation regarding ... the appointment of an identified individual to the Audit Advisory Committee." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Spaulding petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Spaulding's request with a response sent on May 24, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
