The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 6, 2019 SPR19/0997 Alexander deBlieck Records Access Officer Executive Office of Health & Human Services 1 Ashburton Place, Room 1109 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Mr. deBlieck: I have received the petition of Ronald Goldman appealing the response of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Goldman requested "all public records associated with the 12/27/18 EOHHS response to my 12/20/18 public records request." This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR19/0803 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (May 3, 2019). I closed SPR19/0803 by ordering EOHHS to provide Mr. Goldman with a response in a manner consistent with the order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days. Subsequently, EOHHS provided another response dated May 16, 2019. Unsatisfied with EOHHS' response, Mr. Goldman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR19/0997, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member ofthe Public Records Division, I learned that EOHHS intends to provide Mr. Goldman with a supplemental response to his request. Accordingly, EOHHS is ordered to provide Mr. Goldman with said response within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Goldman may appeal the substantive nature of EOHHS' response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
