G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Skandha requested a list of names and job titles of "employees who work in the Department of Correction Transportation Unit, including but not limited to Norfolk and Shirley." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Skandha petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal and communication from a staff member of the Public Records Division, it remains unclear whether the Department has provided a response. As such, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Skandha with a written response. Said response shall be made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Skandha may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days.
