Murray Supervisor ofR ecords June 4, 2019 SPR19/1021 Detective John Robinson Press Information Officer Fall River Police Department Office of Professional Standards P.O.Box 509 Fall River, MA 02722-0509 Dear Detective Robinson: I have received the petition of Andrew Quemere appealing the response of the City of Fall River Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Quemere sent a request to the Department requesting "[a]ll current policies, memos/bulletins, and other informational materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, instructional videos, etc.) related to the drugs fentanyl and carfentanil." Mr. Quemere also had concerns about the fee estimate provided my the Department. This office was provided with a supplemental response on June 4, 2019 on behalf of the Department, which was sent to Mr. Quemere. In light of this supplemental response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days.
