G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Cunningham requested an itemized index of "costs for all aspects ... " of a Town project. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Cunningham petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that Ms. Cunningham contacted this office on May 24, 2019 informing an employee that the Town had provided a response. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
