Bragg Records Analyst Municipal Police Training Committee 6 Adams Street Randolph, MA 02368 Dear Ms. Bragg: I have received the petition of Andrew Quemere appealing the nomesponse of the Municipal Police Training Committee (Committee) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Quemere requested identified records and documents relating to the drugs fentanyl and carfentanil. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Committee provided Mr. Quemere a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the Committee's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
