The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 11, 2019 SPR19/1056 Chief John D. Lynch Fall River Fire Department 140 Commerce Drive Fall River, MA 02720 Dear Chief Lynch: I have received the petition of Mr. Andrew Quemere appealing the nomesponse of the Fall River Fire Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Quemere requested "all current policies, memos/bulletins, and other informational materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, instructional videos, etc.) related to the drugs fentanyl and carfentanil." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Quemere a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). · Sincerely, Rebecca S.
