G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Sutter requested "all emails with the word Sutter the subject or body from 2009 to present." [sic]. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Sutter petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Town provided Ms. Sutter with a response dated June 7, 2019. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Sutter may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
