Miller Town Administrator Town of Wayland 41 Cochituate Road Wayland, MA 01778 Dear Mr. Miller: I have received the petition of Tonya Cunningham appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Wayland (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Cunningham requested identified records and documents relating to the Oxbow permit and "the application extension from Rec". Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Cunningham a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Cunningham may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
