G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Brown requested records related to the creation of a public media entity. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Brown petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the University responded to Ms. Brown's request with a response sent on June 4, 2019. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the University's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
