Murray Supervisor ofR ecords June 17, 2019 SPR19/1116 Ms. Nicole L Crispo Quincy Office of the City Clerk 1305 Hancock Street, 2nd floor Quincy, MA 02169 Dear Ms. Crispo: I have received the petition of Mr. Andrew Mclsaac appealing the nonresponse of the Quincy Office of the City Clerk (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Mclsaac requested certain voter registration records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Mclsaac a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mclsaac may appeal the substantive nature of the Division response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
