Murray Supervisor ofR ecords June 12, 2019 SPR19/ll33 Peter Johnson-Staub Assistant Town Manager Falmouth Town Hall 59 Town Hall Square Falmouth, MA 02540 Dear Mr. Johnson-Staub: I have received the petition of Dianna Mota appealing the response of the Town of Falmouth Town Clerk (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Mota sent a request to the Town regarding a variety of Town records. The Town provided Ms. Mota with a response which Ms. Mota appealed to this office contending there were records missing from her request. This office was provided with a response on June 11, 2019, on behalf of the Town, which will be provided to Ms. Mota. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
