The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 14, 2019 SPR19/1135 Kate Silvia Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA O1 7 57 Dear Ms. Kate Silvia, I have received correspondence from Robert Anderson Jr. appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Corrections (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on April 10, 2019, Mr. Anderson requested "copies of the following CMR/DOC policies, Religious handbook, 103 CMR 471, 103 DOC 522." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Department provided Mr. Anderson with all available records responsive to his request. In light of the Department's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Anderson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
