The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords June 21, 2019 SPR19/1151 Cara Dahill Town of Carver 108 Main Street Carver, MA 02330 Dear Ms. Dahill, I have received correspondence from Stephen Dewhurst appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Carver (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O (A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on May 6, 2019, Mr. Dewhurst requested copies of the "Town Counsel Gregg Corbo's memo/opinion ... , [a]ny public records requests made of the Town ... in the date range 7 April 2019 to 12 April 2019 ... , [a]ny public records requests by Mr. Peter Allegrini ... , and [d ]ocumentation of all instances of referral of any public records request for review by Town Counsel in the time frame of 15 December 2018 through 3 May 2019 ... " Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Town provided Mr. Dewhurst with all available records responsive to his request on June 18, 2019. In light of the Town's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dewhurst may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, · ~ Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Stephen C.
