The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords June 25, 2019 SPR19/1209 Alison M. Bouchard City Clerk City of Fall River One Government Center Fall River, MA 02722 Dear Ms. Bouchard: I have received the petition of Thomas Ramos appealing the nonresponse of the City of Fall River (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ramos requested documents concerning tax records. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Ramos petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Mr. Ramos a response to his request sent on June 20, 2019. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Ramos may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
