Murray S11pe111isor of Records July 2, 2019 SPR19/1222 Thomas Schiavone Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3910 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Thomas Schiavone: I have received the petition of Joseph Viglione appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transpmiation to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, he requested various documents. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Massachusetts Depaiiment of Transpmiation provided Mr. Viglione a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Viglione may appeal the substantive nature of the Massachusetts Depaiiment of Transportation's response within ninety days.
