G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). SPR19/1247 Page2 July 1, 2019 • Stingrays, cell site simulators, IMSI catchers and/or other cell phone surveillance equipment • Any/all contracts, MOUs, MOAs, and/or other agreements identifying agencies/entities that can purchase/access data, which the agency owns and/or has access to, about personal prope1iy and/or specific individuals, other than those who work for that the agency. • Any/all contracts, MOUs, MOAs, and/or other agreements identifying agencies/entities that submit/sell data to, or share data with, the agency about personal property and/or specific individuals, other than those who work for that the agency, and • Any/all repmis of suspected and/or actual data breaches." On June 26, 2019, Mr. Rocheleau emailed the Public Records Division, stating, "[p]lease note that per a conversation Donna and I had this morning, I would like to withdraw this appeal for now in the interest of trying to settle the issue outside of the appeals process, but reserve the right to appeal on this matter in the future without prejudice."
