Box 149 Dedham, MA 02027 Dear Ms. Hughes: I have received the petition of Matthew Rocheleau appealing the nonresponse of the Norfolk County Sheriffs Office to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rocheleau requested "Any/all equipment inventories, purchase orders/invoices, contracts, service agreements, grant award letters, maintenance/repair, and subscriptions/memberships, ... and any/all contracts, MOU s, MOA s, and/or other agreements · identifying agencies/entities that can purchase/access data, which the agency owns and/or has access to, about personal property and/or specific individuals, other than those who work for that the agency. Any/all contracts, MO Us, MOA s, and/or other agreements identifying agencies/entities that submit/sell data to, or share data with, the agency about personal prope1ty and/or specific individuals, other than those who work for that the agency. Any/all reports of suspected and/or actual data breaches." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that Norfolk County Sheriffs Office provided Matthew Rocheleau a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rocheleau may appeal the substantive nature of the Norfolk County Sheriffs Office's response within ninety days.
