G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Berke requested a copy of a "certificate of fitness policy." Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Berke petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that Mr. Berke contacted this office noting that he had "received a satisfactory response" to his request for records. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City's failure to provide responsive records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
