G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. McGuire requested copies of all documents, including emails, sent or received by staff in the Mayor's office to any party at the Fall River Police Department discussing or commenting on the need and/or cost for police presence at the Drag Queen Story Hour event held at the Library on June 1, 2019. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Mr. McGuire a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. McGuire may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
